These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of the JobNoble software, website, and related services (“Services”).
For the purposes of these Terms, “JobNoble” is operated as an independent business entity (“we”, “us”, “our”).
By accessing or using the Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree, you must cease use of the Services immediately.
1. DEFINITIONS
1.1 “User”, “you”, “your” refers to any individual, business, or entity accessing or using the Services.
1.2 “Services” refers to the JobNoble job management platform and all related software, tools, features, and content.
1.3 “Account” means a registered user profile enabling access to the Services.
1.4 “Content” means any information, data, text, images, client records, job details, or materials uploaded or submitted by you.
1.5 “Third-Party Services” refers to external platforms or tools integrated with our Services.
2. ELIGIBILITY & ACCOUNT REGISTRATION
2.1 Users must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering binding contracts.
2.2 You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when creating an account.
2.3 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
2.4 Any actions taken under your account—including actions taken by team members—are deemed authorised by you.
3. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES
3.1 JobNoble provides software tools for job management, including quoting, scheduling, invoicing, payments, and client management.
3.2 We may modify, update, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time without notice.
3.3 The Services are provided strictly on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
4. NO PROFESSIONAL ADVICE
4.1 Information, templates, suggestions, or guidance within the platform or provided by support staff is general information only.
4.2 Such information does not constitute professional, legal, financial, tax, operational, or business advice.
4.3 You remain solely responsible for your business decisions, compliance, and outcomes.
5. USER RESPONSIBILITIES
5.1 You are solely responsible for:
5.1.1 All Content you enter into the platform
5.1.2 The accuracy of quotes, invoices, schedules, notes, and client details
5.1.3 Compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and tax obligations
5.1.4 Ensuring your customers consent to the storage and processing of their data
5.1.5 The actions of employees, contractors, or team members using your account
5.2 We do not review, monitor, validate, or verify your Content.
6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
6.1 To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive losses, including but not limited to:
6.1.1 Loss of revenue, profit, business, goodwill, or data
6.1.2 Losses arising from scheduling errors, missed appointments, or payment processes
6.1.3 Losses caused by misuse, inaccuracies, or errors within your Content
6.1.4 Losses arising from third-party service providers or system outages
6.1.5 Any reliance placed on information or guidance provided through the Services
6.2 We are not responsible for the actions or omissions of your team members, employees, or subcontractors.
6.3 Your use of the Services is strictly at your own risk.
7. SUBSCRIPTIONS & BILLING
7.1 Access to paid features requires a valid subscription.
7.2 Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled prior to renewal.
7.3 No refunds are issued for partial billing periods, unused time, or accidental renewals.
7.4 We may update pricing with reasonable notice.
8. DATA STORAGE & SYSTEM AVAILABILITY
8.1 We take reasonable steps to ensure reliability, security, and uptime; however:
8.1.1 We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free access
8.1.2 We do not guarantee immunity from data loss or corruption
8.1.3 We may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect access
8.2 You should maintain independent backups of key business data.
9. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
9.1 JobNoble may integrate with third-party platforms such as payment processors.
9.2 We are not responsible for third-party availability, fees, errors, outages, or data practices.
9.3 Use of third-party tools is subject to their own terms and conditions.
10. TERMINATION
10.1 We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if:
10.1.1 You breach these Terms
10.1.2 You misuse the Services
10.1.3 Your subscription lapses
10.1.4 We discontinue the Services
10.2 Upon termination, access to your account may be permanently disabled.
11. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
11.1 All software, branding, text, graphics, and content belong exclusively to JobNoble.
11.2 You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Services.
12. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of Scotland, United Kingdom.
Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Scotland, United Kingdom.
